We installed this ourselves, very easy to maintain. we haven't tried coal on it yet but it is burning the logs so much slower and producing far more heat than an open fire. Very efficient and economical. I have already recommended this fire to several people.

This little multi-fuel stove looks perfectly at home in our black,cast-iron Victorian fireplace - it seems as though they were made for each other! Before installation, I was somewhat concerned that it might look out of place, and would perhaps destroy the Victorian ambience of our 1870s country cottage. Absolutely not! Eveyone who has seen it has been impressed by how good it looks in that setting, the split window adding a traditional 'feel' to the stove.
Looks of course are not everything! In terms of performance, the 5kW output doesn't disappoint, keeping a large part of the cottage cosy, and enabling a huge reduction in oil usage. It's easy to light, re-fuel, and is very fuel efficient. All in all, definitely worth its weight in gold!

I have been very happy with my stove, it heats my room faster than I had anticipated, being multi fuel is very useful. I have already recommended arrow stoves to a couple of friends.

an excellent stove . fits our living room perfectly and fills the room with heat despite its small size . airwash can be a bit tricky to get working , but this is a small problem . so glad i bought this as my first stove . i would certanty buy another one and recomend this brand to friends .

Excellent all round. It was difficult to decide which model to choose for our narrowboat. Firesonline offered an excellent range, there was someone to speak to to iron out a few questions. Arrangements for delivery were made and they came up trumps - never easy when items are being delivered to riverside locations when either the boat and/or the owner might not be present at the point of deivery! The stove itself is top quality and (in our opinion) the best type for a narrowboat. A super product, easy to use and totally reliable.

We just replaced an old gas fire with this log burner. It is the best buy I have purchased for our house and good value for money. We live in an old converted bungalow and was originally told it was a warm house, it was not when we moved in - well it is now.Hot and toasty just when you want it and it is easily controllable, took us about 3 weeks with occasional fires to get used to it (We had never used a log burner before)
On a cold winter night it is just the best you could want. The heat output is tremendous and it makes you warm and cosy in no time at all. However, my partner is better at igniting it than me! I think its the hunter gatherer instinct kicking in!
I much prefer the two door design and love it stylish looks I would never be without it now.
It would be at home in a modern or traditional property and is a lovely centre piece even when not in use.
I would highly recommend.
I researched many of the log burners on the market and this was by far the best in its league and good value for money.

Stove is good however the airwash isn't as effective as other stoves we know and also the paint flaked off within 1st month around the controls

Great little stove. I have a small two bed bungalow, open all doors and it will heat the lot.
Build & finish quality excellent, easy to use, although can be difficult to light on a very cold morning but once draw is established every thing OK,air-wash OK but falls down above a slow burn. Cannot remove ash tray if riddle set on wood, (I've only burnt wood, has to be set on coal.
Would recommend to a friend.
